  • How do I track my order?
    We will keep you updated on your order via email (If you haven’t received any emails, please check your Junk folder) You can track your delivery a number of ways; on your order confirmation email, there is a link to track your delivery.
  • Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?
    Once an order is submitted, we begin processing the order, which entails a number of steps. Please contact us within 24 hours of submitting your order so that all necessary changes can be made. Unfortunately, after 24 hours we are unable to modify your order. All cancellations and returns must be approved by management on a case by case basis.
  • How can I change my address?
    You can change any of your personal details such as name or address in the Manage Account section of the website, by clicking on Edit Details. When an order is placed, you have 24 hours to contact us to make changes to the address that the order is being sent to. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to your name or address.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
